Patient-directed research. HCC for consent.

IRB-approved researchers post studies here. Patients review the IRB-approved consent text, the data scope they're being asked to share, and the HCC payment for participation. Consent is signed on-chain; data is delivered under HIPAA Right of Access (45 CFR 164.524); HCC flows researcher → patient (net of 0.5% protocol fee). The Company does not buy or sell data — we are a fee-collecting routing operator. Withdrawing consent halts future data pulls immediately.
