The fee splits 80/20 into two protocol-managed contracts. Neither is a Company wallet.
Every on-chain HCR or HCC transfer carries a hard-coded 0.5% protocol fee. 80% of every fee flows to the Sustainability Pool — a protocol-managed contract whose outflows are rule-based (post-cap mining emission) or governance-approved grants only. 20% flows to the Protocol Fee Treasury, which funds governance-approved operations including Conceptual Healthcare Corporation's share — every distribution requires a governance vote, not a Company decision. Conceptual Healthcare Corporation has no unilateral withdraw authority on either contract.

The full audit log is publicly queryable. Anyone can paginate the event stream, reconstruct supply state by replay, and verify cryptographic integrity of any row range. No privileged access required — these are the same endpoints a regulator or third-party auditor would use.

Treasury wallet — public
The company's primary chain wallet is published. Anyone can read its balance and every transaction it has ever made.
Every C-level officer — public
CEO, CMO, COO, CFO, CTO, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel. Each publishes at least one signing wallet. Compensation flows are visible by construction.
Every Director — public
Board of Directors, Independent Directors. Each publishes a wallet. Director trading is auditable in real time, not in delayed Form 4 filings.
Every change — recorded
Officer added, officer departed, wallet rotated, attestation re-signed. Every change writes a row to an append-only public log. Nothing edited away.
Cryptographic attestation — quarterly
The treasury wallet signs the canonical roster snapshot at least once per quarter. Sign or be flagged non-compliant.
Failure to disclose — listing halted
Disclosure is the gate. A listed chain that lets disclosure lapse moves to non_compliant. Trading suspended until cured.
